We are selling pallets with untested items - therefore we do not accept returns, please do not buy if you are not comfortable with that.

You are free to collect from our warehouse in Pontefract or you can take advantage of Our shipping partner, who will ship your pallet at our discounted rates

We have our own specially designed software which we use for creating the pallets, it’s extremely accurate, but we do advise of a 5% discrepancy rate just to cover us for any mistakes. Every item is scanned onto a pallet and then a manifest is printed, so we are confident that mistakes are minimal.
