Customer returns are not for everyone, many of them are perfect, but you may encounter used items that have wear or may not even work. You may have to clean or repair items, in some cases be prepared to scrap or sell as spares.

As one of the UKs leading customer returns wholesales, we do not test or sort though customer returns, we simply build the pallets with current stock, so therefore we cannot guarantee the condition of the customer return items in the boxes or pallets.

No returns will be accepted on our pallets or boxes.
